I remember reading an article within the last few months that addressed US military options against Iran. I think the article was written by a senior military official, and his conclusion was that attacking Iran would be a bad idea. He talked about how nuking Iran would piss off the Arab world, how the US is already spread too thin, and how attacking Iran would unify Iranians against the US. Does anyone remember reading an article like this? I cant seem to find it and I need to cite it for something I’m writing. Thanks.
I remember reading that Obama hinted at reinstating the draft and that Obama said that he’ll attack Iran if it becomes necessary. I don’t remember where I read it though..
The Draft is probably the most heinous violation of our individuality conceivable. Way to go, United States! If that ever happens to me, I’m going Muhammad Ali on their asses

They’re considering tactical nukes as an option? With China just loving to nuke away all of Taiwan’s defenses (and with a much sounder, by nationalistic terms, reason that any Iran strike)? Either they’re high, they just trying to cow Iran or the article author had no connection whatsoever to real planners.
