Hi all,
I’m currently writing my senior thesis, and it deals with the Austrian theory. So, could someone please suggest a short, but to the point, book explaining the theory that I’ll be able to reference in the thesis? I’m kind of confused about the details.

If you would have read my post more carefully in the first place, you would have noticed that I didn’t say the thesis is “about” the theory, I said that it “deals” with it. The two are completely different. Also, given the fact that you have absolutely no idea what the thesis is about, nor do you know about my intellect or economic knowledge, please don’t go calling what I’m doing “intellectual laziness and ideological fanaticism”. That’s really quite rude on your part. The Austrian Theory will be talked about in only a small piece of a nearly 30+ page paper.
In addition, after approximately 13 months of research I will have read about 12 well regarded books and gone through years of historical economic data to illustrate the main point of the paper, so to accuse me of doing the above two things is quite pathetic given you know nothing about me or the paper.
With that said, let me rephrase what I originally posted: I understand most of what the Austrian Theory delineates, but need a book that will flesh out some of the details for me so I can write about it correctly when it is referenced in the paper—and that source needs to be credible. Seeing that I’ve done such a considerable amount of research thus far, I don’t see a problem in studying another book in depth so I can get a firm grounding in the theory and then using that book as a base to go off of in the thesis.
I came to this board for help, not to be talked down to. But apparently I can’t avoid that now can I?

As Krazy Kaju stated, MES is the book your looking for. There is also Desoto’s book which also describes ABCT in good detail.
