Capital Theory.

I’m looking for a book that goes into the capital theories of every single school of thought in detail. Thanks in advance.

You’re not going to find such a book because only Austrians have anything that actually deserves to be called Capital theory. On the other hand, I think the closest to what you’re asking is a book that talks about the macroeconomics of every school.

First thing that comes to mind is “Time and Money - The Macroeconomics of Capital Structure” by Roger Garrison. Garrison analyzes all of the main schools and compares them all to capital theory. It’s probably the most in depth analysis of all schools in one book you’ll find.

de Soto also talks about competing schools but nowhere as near Garrison as far as in depth analysis, although his exposition of Capital theory itself may be the most comprehensive and in depth analysis that has yet to be written. skip the 1st 100 pages if you’re not interest in his history of banking.
