Capitalism is failing the middle class!

Apparently because it isn’t creating enough jobs. Or something.

Oh no!

Noble prize winner X says: people can get more consumption goods for each hour that they work thanks to globalization and their increased productivity, than they have in the past.

They could, however, do even better. Everyone can do better, in principle. However well they are doing, they could do even better; so capitalism has failed, he says. Which is an “unremarkable conclusion,” adds random journalist with minimal training in economics.
