Can anyone find the most detailed and descriptive chart/table of the federal goverment’s budget? All I can find are pie charts with general percentages, but I’d like to see one that tells exactly how much we spend on SSI, cash welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, etc. specifically.
I would be interested in seeing something like this as well. I fear, though, that the only way of actually knowing would be for the government to report these figures truthfully, which I highly doubt would or even does occur. A third party that has done a ton of homework may be able to give a good estimate but I believe it would be extremely difficult to put together.
