Still sluggish and times out now and again. Throws random errors as well. I think moving the media stuff helped, but even after stripping down the search and dumping the social networking features, the problems are still persisting.
Just lost another reply, and had two hangs while editing today.
The frequency of slow page loads has steadily increased during the past week. It’s to the point of making the forum almost unusable. 04/05/10.

The forums take quite some time to load today.
But there’s something worse. The blog doesn’t work at all in Opera 10.10 on Ubuntu 9.10. In Firefox I have no problems. But in Opera, all I get is this: �:�i��[���N�a��>�K��ǭ�I�‘���<��ϻ �h�v�H’�%i5"�=��2�Ƣ����{��>��+x�Du˟QZ�ų��C"�y�� ��^�}��B��V�SeF�y+�� @^����z��N����v}���Bl�%"�����O�
Starting from last night, it has been extremely slow. Numerous connection time-outs and server errors etc.Both with the Forums and mises.org front page.
Even writing this post took more than one attempt.
We tried a new server last night. It sucked. David has reverted.

It still times out about 50% of the time.
I’ve always had problems logging in. Every time I try, I have to get my password reset.
currently doing this as a test; it’s giving me an error every time I try to post.
edit: turns out it was the odd formatting that was used by another poster I quoted.
There are no icons at the top of the square in which posts are made. So there are no options for italicize, bold, media insert, etc… Also, all posts are coming through without paragraphs forming.
