The fact that someone is going to court over whether or not the government considers one competitive physical activity to be a sport, and not another, is retarded. 
They’re doing it because the public school system has gone and sold the souls and physical wellbeing of their students to one private company of questionable ethics, right? That’s what American government seems to do best… Demand collective control, and then immediately outsource it all to the most evil private company you can find.
