Free Healthcare/Education a fundamental right.

No i did not. I just told you that you are free. There is no need for you to reply anything to me. I thank you anyways for your attention.

I do not even know why you are trying. He obviously has no interest in learning. He just likes to spout idiocies in caps, bold, and large font.

I would just like you to answer me one more thing. You or anyone else.

This stuff that you guys talk so much about “free markets”. How does it work??? you can just tell me in a few sentenses. I am getting the feeling that what Marx was to communism maybe Human Action is the same but to the far right???

Want to know how free markets work in two words? Voluntary Exchange. Nothing else. Simplicity is what makes it so complicated for people to understand.

How about I pay for neither, eh?

I guess you are right. I might have to leave this site for good. It seems that everybody agrees, so if an outsider comes with different ideas, we dont like the argument too much. We just call him a “criminal”, “full of nonsense” “stealing” “not willing to learn”. I just see a lot of free market human action in just the way a lot of you people talk. Wow!!!## I would recommend an ethics course in any communitiy college. They will teach you the whole philosophy of correct human behavior. After all, isn’t economics a philosophy??

Says the obvious troll. You can’t even spell properly. Before going on rants, learn how to. I’m not in the mood for nonsense today, so be on your watch.

-Jon

Amazing. It just took you a sentense to be more coherent than anything I have been replied to.

Thank you. But you will keep paying for something.

No problem. if you are not in the mood for bad spelling and nonsense dont read anything I post. That would do it.

Not if I get my way about it. Read my sig. I am no one’s slave.

Cesar,

we’re neither politicians nor are we, by and large, interested in vulgar political discourse. You’re pursuing vulgar political discourse. You’re saying, “I think if we can have X, we should also have Y”, all the while giving no philosophical backing for your claim, but instead relying on nationalist-collectivist sentiment: “We can have the greatest X, Y, Z!”

It takes more to stimulate a debate than that, at least on Mises.org. We rely on deductive philosophy rather than sentiments of entitlement for both our economic and social conclusions. Thus, if you’re able to make a somewhat coherent case for something based on some axiom or principle, we’d be more than willing to discuss this concept with you, otherwise, I’m afraid, you’ll only provoke flame wars.

Cesar, you are ignorant about Austrian Economics, and frankly many of the children here would rather shout at you when you ask for an explanation, than share knowledge and try to show you the wisdom of praxeology.

I apologize for this. I can be a jerk, but besides your loud copy and pasting into posts, I don’t understand why people are treating you so poorly, particularly since English is not your first language.

Please don’t leave. Unlike Ruben, you are willing to argue in good faith, it just seems no one has the patience to argue with you today.

There’s your answer.

You missed this: Deductive philosophy not for economics, but for your free market ideal. It is an ideal which I have been trying to challange and no one has been hable to argue like professionals. Instead you hide your attacks towards my spelling and call my difference of opinion a nonsense …even by a moderator. How about if you start immitating Ron Paul. He is a politician a doctor and an economist. Look at him, you will never get there.

There is nothing free about you people.

Children?

This is incorrect. Most of the arguments here are based upon human action.

Economics without free markets is politics.

Yes, that is the value judgment. You think. It’s a subjective valuation. If you were the one who was allowed to subjectively determine what is of value for everyone, then if you decide that ice cream is bad, then no one could have ice cream. Instead, we believe that every individual should be able to make their own, private and individual subjective valuation. That your valuations are not greater in value than mine.

I disagree. The people who need healthcare and education have to find a way to do it. The people who do not need it, certainly have no need to do it.

But we can’t. Free markets do not produce edicts for everyone to follow.

Do I have a right to rob you to save my son? What if you resist? Do I have a right to kill you to save my son?

Where do you draw the line?

Little people. Like dwarves, without facial hair or battle axes.

Do you consider someone taxing you by force as justice?

Cesar, government will not always be around. Governments and societies change. Only in your short lifespan does there seem to be a static consistency to it.

That said, you’re asking us to admit that since we’re being robbed for one thing, we shouldn’t mind being robbed for another. Do you consider this theory of total theft to be based on justice?

You are clearly in the wrong crowd. Everyone here dislikes being taxed. Have you not learned anything about Austrian economics, libertarianism or this community in the last several weeks?

Liberty student:

I am most interest on things that would work in the real world where human action is present on everyday life. Are you aware that your ideas about economics are very philosophical and you will never see any of them materialized??? Specially that so called free market that nobody has been able or willing to define.

BTW give an example of a free market society. Just one.

You’re far right. Most of the people here would probably say they are far left. You are the one who endorses an oppressive state to control liberty and to steal by force. We are the one who believe in liberty and freedom.

How can you not understand human action? Have you never observed the actions of others, or reflected on your own actions? The first failing of people with your socially democratic leanings, is that they don’t look at what is, only what they think should be.

There is no shortage of material on this site to study human action, or in refutation of Marx. Marx is not rejected because he is left, he is rejected because he was wrong, and when you take his ideas to their logical conclusions/extremes, the result is genocide and starvation.

I think you have a lot of unlearning to do. Will you be courageous enough to challenge your existing beliefs against ours, and honestly admit if ours prove to be better? There is no shame in admitting you might be wrong (I was wrong when I arrived here), but there is an enormous amount of shame in not admitting you are wrong. Pride is the enemy of knowledge.
