Free Healthcare/Education a fundamental right.

You are right my friend. I might not know anything about “Austrian Economics”. But I wonder if you know more about the topic.

So you don’t believe that the internet facilitates trade, which increases the standard of living? You don’t believe that the internet allows people to have access and to share health care resources? Or that the internet allows people access to books and ideas and discussions, that are free, such as here at Mises, and thus provide education?

All you are doing is making a subjective value judgment or an assertion. You haven’t proven anything. You are just making statements.

For example, does your quality of life include justice? Does your access to health care mean medical freedom? Does your education provide truth or recital?

Political stability could be of value to you, but since we live under oppressive mob rule democracies, I find political stability a major negative. People are constantly voting away my freedoms, and voting to steal my property. That’s not a good thing.

Someone asked you earlier, that if health care and education are a right, why are you not treating people medically and educating the uneducated for free? If you truly believe these are rights, then you must be dedicating yourself to fulfilling them for your fellow man. Right? Are you donating 100% of your income to the government to pay for these? Oh, I suppose you can keep enough for food, shelter and clothes. But no TV, no car, no radio, no vacations, no bank account, no parties, no birthday presents, no christmas. You have to give 100% so everyone in the world can have their “free rights” as you put it.

Correct?

Or are you you a hypocrite?

The first tip someone is a socialist, and believe me, your MBA is wasted because you don’t understand any economics, is that healthcare and education are not free. When you call these things free, you betray a fundamental ignorance of economics which is the study of human interaction in a world of scarce resources.

Et tu?

Ok, you just told me you believe it is ok to steal and murder. Now I am done with you. You are evil.

Do you think it is OK for someone to take your money without your consent and spend it on goods and services you do not want?

Again, I was wondering why you were defending this fool

Obvious troll is obvious.

I dont understand your austrian economics. I want to know more about it because in 6 years of university study I never heard a word of it, nor is it’s name in any economics book I have read. So yeah I have not the slighest idea about that Austrian is all about. What I must admit that i was austrian economics that answer all my questions regarding sound money and the stuff about central bankers.

As I told you " I pray God I see the Fed being abolished during my life time. and I know this is very difficult to happen.

But this stuff of no govt is only for your books to read.

You have just refuted yourself. When you say the individual does not matter, you are destroying the justification that it is ok to steal to save the dying person. After all, it is the group that matters!

This reminds me of books like the Giver, and Brave New World. People are prevented from doing things, because it is against the interests of “the group”. As people in the books discover, it is the individual that matters.

I understand your bad manners and lack of tolerance and proper education. You live in a non free market and you have not been hable to purchase them. Keep reading your books, although I would recommend “Ethics for Dummies”.

Cesar never came out and admitted that he believes he has the right to steal and murder from others until just now.

Now that he has, he is persona non grata. I wasn’t as ignorant as him, but when I came here I also did not understand free markets or anarchism as I do now. The difference of course, is that I want a world of peace and justice, not a world where lazy ignorant thugs like Ruben and Cesar can steal and murder to make up for their own inability to generate justice through a flawed world view.

One thing is interesting. Every socialist ultimately has to admit that he will violate all rights, to crush other human beings, to satisfy his social agenda. What’s disturbing, is that someone like Cesar, without flinching, will tell you he will kill you if you do not let him steal from you. The lack of any morality is amazing.

Most economics is built off myths. Austrian economists have liberated themselves from self-contradictory nonsense.

If you call it steal and murder and whatever. What can I say??

I am in favor of it.

You should not lecture anyone on ethics when you promote theft and murder as acceptable.

Basically, austrian economics looks at the logical conclusions of the fact that humans act, specifically pertaining to economics. There are some good books about it for free on this site, but try looking at Man, Economy, and State (with power and market). Use the search function to find it. I especially reccomend power and market (shows why government == bad).

Can you name Universities that circulates these books??? Offer degrees in Austrian Economics and stuff like that???

I ask you again, do you think it is OK for someone to take your money without your consent and spend it on goods and services you do not want?

I can, but to what end?

The end is for me to deside. So??

Actually there’s many examples of non-governmental systems that exist better than anything we’ve made so far. Namely those that exist as part of Nature itself. Our ecosystem, our solar system, our languages, and so on are all formed from “anarchistic forces” and do so at regular intervals. And even if we exclude non-human systems, we have the languages we speak and write, and the technological inventions we know of throughout time have come not from governmental interventions, rather they come from individual minds grasping at the structure of reality. No edict can make a man think, or think creatively to find the truth. And it’s from that creativity that civilization exists, not government.

Also, this these nations that represent private property through the majority of the modern age that have improved their conditions more so than they have by plunder and redistribution.

Yeah, GMU offers courses in Austrian economics as does NYU (the relevant course being market processes.) A number of other universities mentioned by Dr Block in the economics section of this forum also offer courses in Austrian econ. Now, could you explain the relevance of this question?

I ask you again, do you think it is OK for someone to take your money without your consent and spend it on goods and services you do not want?

Anyone else notice this troll is refusing to answer this question?
