Hilarious Emotional Outburst by Leftists

They are boring. I think they are purposely not replying in the hope that we go away.

I was referring to the comments they made to krazy kaju.

Ironic that they put people from this forum in different boards, effectively segregating us, talk about how they wish we’d die, and don’t even try to argue with you. I read in some of the comments what felt like snearing, as if trying to brush you off. What arrogance!

All this just screams “religious dogma”.

Rothbard wasn’t joking when he called it a cult.

I’ve downloaded a bunch of books from this site. I haven’t read any from Rothbard yet, but which one did he say that in? And, more importantly, is it free to download?

You know what the most ironic thing is? I have a liberal friend who refer to us free market advocates as “Free Market Fundamentalists”* yet he can’t back up any of his claims with a single shred of evidence, or sound reasoning (he mostly just throws out random Keynesian Bogosity, long since debunked and fear mongering respectively).

Obvious projection*

**Doing it wrong!

It’s REVLEFT, what do you expect? It’s a hotbed for emotional teenagers.

Belief in government IS a religion. People literally have FAITH in government, just like they have FAITH in God. When you attack a person’s government, it is akin to attacking a person’s God, in my experience.

You should bust out some Joseph Schumpeter (Capitalism, Socialism & Democracy) & see if that stymies them. I think it would drive them nuts for you to “agree” that a capitalist country could in fact turn socialist, but it would not be due to any sort of “socialist revolution”

Work on it then. Unfortunately, their arguments are by far weaker, so it doesn’t matter in the long run…

I’m not totally convinced of that. I could go for either Anarcho-Capitalism, or Miniarchism where the only role of government is protection against the initiation of force and fraud: (police, courts, and national defense) nothing more. Granted, even in Miniarchism, I would prefer that the government doesn’t have a monopoly on this protection, by allowing people to opt out (this includes taxes) and use private alternatives. I suppose, by this logic, I could be a luke-warm deist in terms of belief in government. [:P]

Something I’ve learned the hard way in the past few months…

Then you do not understand natural rights.

This video explains the idea quite elegantly:

Well, this sucks. Just as I was warming up, I had to stop posting because the server became too busy.

Do you have any literature??

I would like to but i have no philosophical skill atm. plus division of labour and all that :D. i reckon the best (and most elegant) way would be to derive it from the action axiom. and there’s something important that could be extracted from hoppe’s in defense of extreme rationalism but i cant pinpoint it yet. ..i thought argumentation ethics was promising but it seemed to much like a rhetorical trick…

malgratloprekindle, that video didnt prove anything, it just asserted it. i wish we could take mises utilitarian justification but it just doesnt hold.

The Q&A section of this lecture.

can someone start a thread on that revleft forum and ask them to disprove the action axiom please.

is this for me? what time is the qa?

and how they calculate ahahhaahhaha…

Scary.

Does anyone know how to do multiple quotes on that forum? It is quite annoying.

I try to avoid interlectuals, they are the ones that “think” they are smart…
