In the Scholar’s Edition of Human Action, Salerno, Herberler, et. al., cite a paper by Hoppe and Herbeler published in 1999, in Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics. It’s called, “The Story of Human Action: 1940-1966”. The article, however, is not archived on Mises.org, nor is it archived at springerlink. Does anybody know what happened to this paper, and if it’s still accessible? Thanks.
