Horn Blowing Fine

To teach myself austrian economics and libertarianism, when I come across life’s everyday issues, which is, well everyday, I ask myself what would Murray do? or what would Murray say? And I can usually begin to work it out in my head and lately it has become second nature.

What has stumped me for some reason is the signs I see in Manhattan, usually by tunnels where there is constant congestion and resisdential buildings. “$350 Fine for blowing your horn” etc…

This wouldn’t be the same as yelling fire in a movie theater would it?

What would Murray say?

Under “Public” ownership it seems like a violation of an individuals right to free speech. But under private ownership of the tunnel or street it then becomes under the control of the owner. So that owner could allow horn blowing or come up with some mechanism to stop it as they see fit.

thanks, that is what I suspected, but my articulation and debate skills are awful.

But is your omoplata effective?

Seriously, you just can’t make this stuff up.

lol, my omoplata is a mess. I’ll hit it against white belts once in awhile but guys my level (I’m a blue belt) will see it coming a mile away.
