How do I post graphs from Excel here?

I have a spreadsheet full of U.S. economic data since 1947 and a bunch of graphs and correlations, mostly useless but some of them very interesting. But if I try to post them I get the ^^above in front of the text box and when I try to do what it says, nothing happens. I assume I have to change my Internet settings on Internet Explorer, but what specifically should I do if I want to post these graphs here?

Maybe the easiest way would be to convert it to a pdf or other image format if you can.

The same screen comes up on anything I try to copy-paste that’s not from the Internet. It says it has to do with my browser security settings and I don’t know which ones to change.

I turn mine into pdfs then print screen, then hit up photobucket.
