How To Keep Current

Maybe this is a stupid question but I have a question about how to keep current in the forums. I go to the forum, and then I click the link on the right sidebar to “show unread”. This shows me all the forum posts that I have not read, something like 26 pages worth.

Is there any way for me to issue some kind of “mark all read” command at the top level, or do I have to go into each subforum and catch up.
