this is in reply to Michael’s post earlier on first page, about property rights
Yaha: The only hypothetical scenario in which the borders can be closed is when all the land at the border of a certain country is owned by an individual (or a group) who decides that they dont want anyone passing through their land (a completely legitimate decision btw)
@yaha - I assume you would not agree that the state of Arizona “owns” most of the land on the border and hence has the “right” to keep out whom they choose.. just double checking..
@prashantpawar- you are right - either 13m “legal” or “illegal”.. my main concern is that if legal there will be 90% of 13m more people voting agression on my ass.. as most anarchists have an issue with voting - is my concern of adding these new millions of poor to the voting roles valid??
As far as I am concerned, the State of Arizona doesnt “own” s*** !!! The passage of their law and the fallout from it once again demonstrated the irreconcileable controversy that is always created by “public” property and “public” domain.
Well I don’t care what you are worried about, you are choosing 13 million illegal immigrants. If you don’t care about how many illegal immigrants are there in this country, then I believe its all good for you.
Although just remember one thing, If there are 300 million people in a country, 13 million more doesn’t change the percentage of people who need to vote aggression on your ass. Your energies will be much well spent on removing the option of aggression from the ballot paper rather than decreasing the possible number of people walking to the voting booth.

Simple solution: illegal immigrants may stay but do not have the right to vote.
