According to a New York Times article, someone named Oshinsky is suing a sports team over season tickets, and:
Oshinsky, who has had season tickets to both teams for more than 20 years, claimed he had an implied right to renew his season tickets because the teams kept selling him the tickets to sit in the same seats every year.
Question: Would the opposite also true?
The NY Giants and the NY Jets, who had been selling season tickets to Oshinsky for more than 20 years, may claim that they have an implied right to sell season tickets to Oshinsky because Oshinsky kept buying tickets to sit in the same seats every year.
