In wanting to understand Austrian Economics, What should I read first?

Hi all,

I want to learn and understand Austrian economics, so where do I begin?

I don’t have much of an understanding of economics so keep that in mind. I have been reading Mises for a year or two now but still ideas and concepts fly over my head often.

Is there some sort of introduction to Austrian economics?

And/or Economics for Real People by Gene Callahan.

After these intro works, if you really want to know Austrian economics I would say, read Rothbard’s Man, Economy and State. Then read Human Action and Mises’ works on epistemology and methodology.

The Austrian School: Market Order and Entrepreneurial Creativity by Jesus Huerta de Soto is an excellent introduction too
