Interview of Ron Paul and his oversight of the Federal Reserve

As someone who has still a lot to learn about political theory and economic policy, I found this interview of Ron Paul and new committee position to be quite interesting: http://finance.fortune.cnn.com/2010/12/14/congressman-ron-paul-end-the-fed/

Special thanks to Jeffrey Tucker for posting this on the Mises Economic Blog, where I found the link to this article here: http://blog.mises.org/15009/fortune-interviews-ron-paul/

What are your thoughts? Do you think he’ll be able to do anything significant as the chair of this subcommittee?

I hope he can do anything significant as the chair of this subcommittee. I read the comments from the CNN article, I am surprised to see so many Ron Paul followers, which means he can, his supporters are growing. There were a couple comments that were saying Ron Paul was a dangerous politician, but those people who said that still do not know how Austrian economics work and had no idea what they were saying. They need a few Austrian economics lessons!
