so one person i heard talking says the state does stuff that would be illegal and different terms if done by non-state
they called
tax-theft
arrest-kidnapping
military war-murder
now for tax i can see privatly replaced as volunteer contract fees for usage and there would be no private equivalent to taxes.
arrest though, would a private defence agency not be able to arrest for crimes without being called criminals kidnappers themselves?
war as well, would people not be able to defend themselves in a war without being called a murderer and criminal?
