The constitution does not authorize the federal government the power to prohibit the sale of marijuana. So, Is There An Amendment that Prohibits the Sale of Marijuana?
What difference does it make?
If there were an ammendment it would be in the constitution such as the ammendment that made prohibition legal. Since then the government has felt it an unnecessary inconvenience.
Since when does the constitution have any authority to do anything?
