It seems there has been a false dichotomy going on with moral arguments on these threads. While consequential and deontological arguments are both valid arguments for a moral system there is a third, which seems to be unexplored or even ignored in regards to libertarian thought on these forums, and that is the teleological argument. I find this somewhat surprising that it is ignored considering many of you claim Aristotle as an influence. I would also think teleological arguments in libertarian morality would at least be an interesting intellectual exercise

Can you explain what a “teleological” ethical argument is?
Whoops my bad, I was a lightly tipsy and heavily pressed for time. I was talking about teleological Aristotle type virtue ethics. They seem almost ignored on these forums.
