Directed by Werner Herzog, starring Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes, with Val Kilmer. This movie depicts a fictional police officer in the wake of Katrina and shows the police in a very Rothbardian light. Maybe the scales have fallen from Nicolas Cage’s eyes after getting screwed over in the housing bubble. Who knows.
