From an Austrian perspective what are some of the more subtle consequences that may/will affect farmers who ARE NOT agri-businesses with political clout? Some potentially devastating effects? Effects on U.S. food supply and nutritional value?

Sorry ricarpe, this is the most recent I can find: The story also ran in the WSJ but it provided no links to which specific “new” regulations. Apparently all this is necessary due to the “oil” content in milk. Yes, I know, I know (rolls eyes). If anyone else finds any newer regulations it would be greatly appreciated if a link was posted.
