Government FDA Attacks Raw Cheese

Why would the state go after healthy foods?

Will more regulation solve this?

“The problem here may be over what the FDA substitutes for the long-standing 60-day aging rule for cheese. If it extends the aging period to, say, 90 or 120 days, it will make illegal many of the soft raw milk cheeses that many consumers most highly value.”

Why? Simple; Because the state can do it.

Besides it is great for the state as it can benifit its friends: Big Agro Business making crappy products for mass markets by eliminating high end competitors.

Will more regulation solve this? Of course not. Regulation is what got us to this point in the first place. More of the same will mean only more of regulators and legislators helping their friends at someelses expense.

I almost forgot, The writer is completely correct in that cheese (Mold consumed milk) is completely safe on a statistical basis. He is completely wrong about why this was done. It has nothing to do with safety. It has everything to do with eliminating competition. So any begging or showing your stats to bureaucrats will do absolutely nothing.

"he writer is completely correct in that cheese (Mold consumed milk) is completely safe on a statistical basis. He is completely wrong about why this was done. "

Let me say this about Mike Adams, the writer. I started going to his website, naturalnews.com and he usually has alot of news stories that noone else seems to have. And most of the time, they are very good and informative and very helpful at showing people the damage government does.

plus, he interviews alot of health folks, everyone from medical doctors who use an alternative treatment for x,y,z to people who specialize in where to find good clean local sources of water. Very interesting site.
