Of course, these plans always fail.
As I recall, the first two ended up with the equipment destroyed in storms (and they were the ones that actually reached the stage of having equipment to be destroyed) and the last one ended with soldiers seizing the island and deporting the people there (who hadn’t had the forsight to bring weaponry).

Good luck though. An Anarcho-Capitalist island (even what appears to be a 4channer Anarcho-Capitalist island) would be great. Just watch out for statists out to steal the land.

One of our first problems was a 14 year old commie trying to say his little co-op could run amok and claim whatever land they felt like taking.

If you don’t feel like reading it (but I recommend you do for a laugh), in the end he finally accepted that his co-op can only use the land its members own.
Statist infection, as I like to visualise it, is always a looming threat too.
To be honest, if I were absolutely forced by gunpoint, I’d be fairly happy to settle with living on the island under the jurisdiction of Brazilian law, as long as they left me and my cannabis plants alone.
