I think it’s basically going to be a twist on the Waxman-Markey bill. Cap-and-trade, no doubt.
I saw Gingrich on Washington Journal on CSPAN a little while ago. The guy is such a tool. He started by saying how great the free market was. Then the rest of the time he talked about how the government needs to do things better, hybrid government-corporation solutions to problems, and ways that the government can incentivize certain behavior.
