Obviously, a forklift placed the pallet of sandbags there. What I don’t understand is why the pallet wasn’t placed closer to where the barrier would be assembled.

The hotel put the chairs and tables in the pool so that they wouldn’t blow away. Ingenious. In other news, the government evacuated its chairs and tables from the coast and sent them on their way to the forest.
