Were the debt ceiling shenanigans a coup?

Were the debt ceiling shenanigans a coup? Now there’s a super congress.

Perhaps it was too difficult for the 3l33ts to manage hundreds of people, so now they have group of twelve who will do their bidding. It has 6 democrats and 6 republicans, but none fro other parties.

Alex Jones bugged out on the Super Congress. It is a little unnerving and it did cross my mind that it was all a political ploy that the WH was using to get it’s way. That, along with the Israeli news on attacking Iran in September, makes me think that we are being prepped for a serious war. One serious enough to call for a draft.

If my concerns are somewhat true I’ll be in the street burning my draft card in fron of the courthouse down here. Raising all the hell i can raise.

No, the coup already happened in 2001 (actually, 2001 was just the latest in a series of coups; 1913 and 1963 are notable dates, as well.)

This was just a re-org.

Clayton -

August 2, is also the same day Hitler became der fuhrer.

That too.

@Clayton: What happened in 1963?

JFK.

Oh, I see.

hahaha, what happened in 1963.

Uncle Sam: “NOTHING. Business as usual…”

This super congress is spooky.

Has anyone else heard that if the twelve (6 dems, 6 repub) tie on a vote that der fuhrer get a vote to break the tie?

This completely turns the crongress from being a from the ground up system to a top down heirarchy.

Yea. This is the type of thing that should have people in the streets throwing rocks at our “officials”

“The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.” Cicero - 55 B.C.

Sounds like Ron Paul.

Hey Marky Mark do you know where I could find Cicero’s works online?
