Greetings,
I am wondering, seeing that I have been quoted both out of context and in jest by both filc and daniel muffinburg in their signatures, whether I could add these lovely quotes from your very own Stephen Kinsella on the blog “No Treason” to my own signature:
"Go fuck yourself, you lowlife asshole. You have shown yourself to be the vile slug everyone things you are. I hope you rot in hell. "
“Kennedy, do you intend to ignore my request? I did NOT post under my name and do not want my name up there associatd with that reply. That fuckhead Beck is dangerous. Please take that post down immediately, if you insist on that silly rule. I of course did not remember the rule.”
If not, I am wondering why I cannot use these quotes in my signature, yet my quotes, used purposefully to demean my reputation, can be used in the signature’s of others.
Lol. I swear to you that I change my signature about ten minutes before you started this thread.
Anyway, the quotes won’t fit into your signature because they are too long, combined, of course.
Btw, could link me to the blog in which Kinsella makes those quotes?
First of all, Lam, this is not the first time you’ve tried to make a point by grandiosely threatening to publicly embarrass someone. It seems rather petulant. I can’t imagine the kinds of caustic exchanges you tend to have here being at all enjoyable, so it makes me wonder why you post here. Now, I don’t think your particular complaints about filc and Daniel are valid. But I do think it would be a good policy to not have members quoting other members in their signatures in order to challenge their positions. I can see how it would be frustrating, and seem unfair, to the quoted person, because there’s no “reply” button in a signature. I’ll announce such a policy soon.
