When I see well off (and usually disproportionatly young) people in self righteous anger and in “activism” and bitching about “rights” mode I get a bit freaked out. If I see dudes in China protesting I usually think something really is wrong. That probably says something, I don’t know what exactly other than we are maybe a “new aristocracy” and rich and powerful enough to gain social currency out of what I see as irrelevant minutia, and/or bored out of our minds over here that we still have to believe in ghosts to be interesting or to find the easiest way to look important. Either way, I think it’s screwed up

Can you be more descriptive in the title of threads in the future. If all the threads are the equivalent of “OMG CHECK THIS OUT”, that makes it hard for others to navigate the forum.
