Seems you cannot send personal messages any more? I feel like we used to have that feature.
it depends on how a user is set up. i..e the options set in their user preferences.
some will let you e-mail them, some will let you ‘start a conversation’.
for some, you may need to be their ‘friend’ to initiate these features.
at least… that’s my understanding.

If you’re trying to PM me, I turned them off. Only admins and people who have open convos with me can PM. Others may only accept PMs from friends. There are three settings.
