Does sound good, but with two minor caveats. One, he’s living in a tent so I’d assume you would be too. Two, 2.5 acres is the size of my current yard, and that isn’t going to support many people.
If I recall correctly, Forvik is a tiny island that probably can’t even support it’s one current occupant. Who lives there in a tent after his boat sank near the island when trying to circumnavigate the British Isles (don’t ask because I don’t know and don’t want to know)…
I’m not opposed to libertarian zionism (or whatever Rothbard called it), but I would hope for something a bit more… refined. I mean, if my options are between living on a windy and desolate island in a tent, being blindfolded and shipped to some super-secret destination, moving to a gated community named Paulville after the native demi-god (I like Paul, but come on… pick a less cultish name) or buying an apartment on an overgrown buoy, then I might as well grab a knife and head into the wilderness.
It’s no Sealand…arguably a more refined place that claims it satisfies both constituative and declatory theory of statehood.
Unfortunately outside of broadcasting radio or tv and/or being a drug tourist mecca, this place has nothing to offer the real world.
