I thought Wheylous was a ‘progressive liberal’.

Just kidding. But yeah, I changed it, just to make Wheylous sound off hardcore-style. Practicing against a Marxist is a good way to go about things, because they are the hardest to debate.

In reality, yes, of course he is. But we held a fake debate once for me to practice in, where he posed as a progressive.

Let’s not do comments until we’re some amount into the debate please. This is supposed to be a test AND a learning experience. It can’t be an honest test if we have a whole forum ganging up on a Wheylous who is obviously poorly-read on leftist thought.
So I’d appreciate holding comments until after.

Sorry for the wait, I was just watching a few episodes of Season 4 of Rescue Me. clears throat Okay then, let’s see…let’s simply discuss whatever Marxist system of governance you advocate (whether it be Trotskyism, Stalinism, Juche, Maoism, DeLeonism, or whatever the heck) vs. my grand Anarcho-Capitalist society.
I’ll leave it up to you to state which “variant” of Marxism you stand for.

Well that’s why I’d suggest a seperate thread JUST for the comments, because it won’t intervene in the actual debate thread that’s only between the two people posting. (Example: debate Daniel Sanchez had with some other guy, had a sideline’s thread, I don’t feel like searching for it.)
To be clear - I have very little knowledge of specific Marxist systems, so I cannot give them a fair run. I can only be a social democrat.
As to the sideline thread - the point is that I don’t want him getting help.

It’s easy being a Marxist, just make your case for why you think that we should have a dictatorship of the proletariat, and call me a dirty capitalist over and over again by saying that I should die by the hand of the working class in the revolution, shouting endless profanities at me.
