If a big solar storm happened today, it would be devastating, as anything electronic becomes useless.
But my question is this. For a small disaster, people can receive aid from others who were not affected. But what can people do to limit the consequences of THE BIG ONE?
Government has to step in and prevent people from working before the unemployment rate rises.
Anyways, in a past solar storm, the geoelectric storm destroyed electrical equipment. Now, why don’t people speculate and store some of this in a place protected from the storm, and sell it for really high if such a thing occurs?
No you guys got it all wrong. We need to stop producing food to fight obesity! Seriously people set your priorities. We can worry about the sun next week.
People do speculate; just that almost everyone speculates there’s not gonna be the big one. That’s like speculating that you’re gonna get struck by lightning(and you’re not golfing or doing something stupid).
