Has anyone here read this? If so I’d be curious to hear critiques as I agree with almost everything presented.

the blurb doesnt seem all that controversial to me.

Nor to me but Bertrand himself declined to have the book republished when the offer came up. I’m not sure why, perhaps he felt there were flaws in his argument. I haven’t been able to think of any good ones.
