I was in Lugano (Switzerland) this morning and I stopped to look at the titles in a book shop.

The most prominent in the front window was Guide des nouveaux paradis fiscaux (Guide to the New Tax Havens) Edition 2010. The book has a very nice line on the cover: Non, les paradis fiscaux ne son pas morts! (No, tax havens are not dea yet).

I guess there is a huge segment of anti-establishment rich in France.
