I was walking in the public part today and someone mentioned how cool it is that there are fountains where water comes out all the time. I could’t help but realise that that water isn’t in fact free, it’s being paid for by someone.
Is there any way to trace the cash? Obviously a small group of people benefits from taxation for a small period of time, but who takes the burden?
