Two books critiquing Marxism.

Hey guys. I was wondering what knowledge you had on two books which criticise Marxism. The first one is David Gordon’s Resurrecting Marx, and the other is Ludwig Von Mises’s Marxism Unmasked: From Delusion to Destruction. I tried to determine the value of the works on the reviews, but a bunch of leftist trolls gave them zero or one stars and some superflous reviews. So I was wondering if anyone had read the books and you thought of them. Thanks in advance.

My good man, the internet is your friend. Ludwig von Mises’s Marxism Unmasked is available for free online here.

As for Gordon’s Resurrecting Marx, I found the google book preview here and a review here.

I’ve never read that two that you’ve mentioned. However, Mises’ Theory and History, one of the most worthwhile books to read that the LvMI publishes, has a pretty lengthy critique of Marx’s dialectical materialism.

From what I can tell from the review it seem like a somewhat flawed, but important introduction to a Libertarian-Austrian critique of Analytical Marxism. Do you know if any further endeavor has been attempted to discredit this modern form of Marxism.

The admin should delete those reviews. Its obvious they have never read the book and are only having knee-jerk reactions to the descriptions.

I agree. These “reviews” are perfect examples of trolling.

There are similar reviews on Hoppe’s EEOPP and Rothbard’s AGD.
