Von Mises Quote

Hello,

I seem to remember a quote from Ludwig Von Mises about GDP to debt level percentage. Once it passes 78% it severely limits economic growth.

Can anyone help?

I could be mistaken but I don’t think Mises would have used a specific number like that.

He might have been using it in the ‘for example’ sense.

I have found what I was looking for. A person quoted it as Von Mises, but it just turned out to be an article on the website, quote was not from Mises himself.
