Yes I know this is provoking. Don’t we live in the “most” liberal time ever?
Well IMHO no. I just can see that liberalism is cut back every where. Every day we hear and “must” read from new regulations to tame “the markets”. We always will hear that the speculators are the bad guys. We always will see a believing into states which gets near fanatism.
In fact world-wide there is at least one hallmark of non liberal ideas. The Fiat-money systems which are the most mean way on taking away from those living within their bounds and the ever expanding states.
So will liberalism see a comeback? I think yes, but just if all other things break down. What do you think?
