Who are the criminals in the state?

My question is this. Which workers of the state are criminals?

All of them.

Well, I would object. While most if not all state employees are net tax beneficiaries and thus engage in state robbery in one way or another, some of them (such as people in the education business) have few alternatives left except for complying. There might still be some market in the US for private school teachers or professors, but it’s by far not enough to satisfy overall demand and accordingly, some teachers have to become state employees.

The same is true for state-sponsored industries. What’s a worker at GM, Ford or Chrysler supposed to do about the bailout? Work for Toyota?

To answer the original question, those who actively engage in redistribution of tax money (e.g. politicians, lobbyists) and who actively fight peaceful, non-violent behavior are what makes the state nasty in my view.

You are not a criminal until you commit a crime. The criminals in the state are those who commit crimes.

Definitely, cops and the military. If it wasn’t for these people, who would gladly murder anybody – including children – when told to by their masters, the state couldn’t exist.

Well in my opinion, while the state is very much evil, the people who enable the Leviathon are much more malicious. They include:

  1. The Federal Reserve

  2. Lobbyist

  3. The pro-statist and apathetic majority

and

  1. Career Politicains

And that’s basically my two cents.

I tend to agree with this.

It is very unfortunate that most individuals are often ignorant of the fact that the state is criminal and that they enable it when they work for it.

All government employees are criminals.

I am a government employee.

Therefore, I am a criminal.
