Advantages:
Government does not have to spend a ton of money on schools.
Kids learn something useful, instead of vegging in schools.
Government can do all sorts of useful things, build bridges, roads, etc., with all of this forced labor.
People will realize what a sham government schools are. Say hello to no more labor camps, and no more public schools.

Plus, it’d probably be alot easier and more accetaple to discipline kids at labor camps…
You could probably take the bad ones out of the classes and shoot em.
