Seriously, what’s his legacy?
He was (I think) a wonderful contributer to American music. He also seemed to have a genuine concern for the well being of human beings.
His son, Arlo Guthrie, has an amazing song (which is more like a 20 min stand up comedy bit) called “Alice’s Restaurant” which most libertarians (or anybody) ought to check out.

A verse of 'This Land is your land" that’s usually not included. That whole song by the way is a Commie’s wet dream.
I like Och’s song on him, but I don’t think he deserves it. He kept abandoning children all over the place and made the Orwellian flip-flop on the war as the USSR got invaded. Not a very stand up person.
