That’s wrong. It doesn’t follow that you don’t have the freedom to chop down a tree just because you live in the desert. A freedom might be useless without the power to exercise it, but it does not disapear.

Wrong. We want voluntary government. We want all institutions and relationships to be voluntary.
The problem arises because every single government that exists today is involuntary, and so we oppose them all on principle. We would not dream of opposing anarchism on people by force, though. If you want to have government, then have it. Just let me have the freedom to not participate.

Do you know what cancer is? It’s growth without limit. It’s necessarily going to exist as long as our bodies have cells that are programmed to regenerate. After a while, our cells start to misfire and no longer stop reproducing when they’re supposed to. Cancer is really a good analogy for humankind if you think about it. Also what happens to governments if they’re not kept in check.

You understand this, but you don’t seem to think it would happen if you did it here. Which is weird. Anyways, I claim a system works acceptably well. I can point to you the system. Then we can point out why it doesn’t work. We can’t do this with your anarchist region because it doesn’t exist. Nor has it ever existed really. So it’s hard to apply scientific method to it.
