A level 25 Socialist appears while you are walking through the fields!
“Collectivism is the only humane organization of action. Prove me wrong!”
What do you do?
A level 25 Socialist appears while you are walking through the fields!
“Collectivism is the only humane organization of action. Prove me wrong!”
What do you do?
I’d use splash
Who owns the fields?
If someone does own the fields: Do I have a permit from the owner to hunt any socialist type Pokemon I find in said fields? If so, then I’ll use solar beam with my Oddish. If not, flee.
If someone doesn’t own the fields: Use solar beam with my Oddish.
Is he a group? A nice performative contradiction right there. He is committing action by making a statement.
It’s not your job to prove him wrong; he must prove that he’s right. Ask him to define his terminology.
Let me rephrase.
What WOULD you do?
I’d have him defend his statement and not attempt to shift the burden of proof to you.
The Socialist uses Rage! Then shouts,
“Capitalism creates oppression and the distinction of social classes! Equality decreases a reason for crime and therefore a sense of eternal security!”
That is so cool! Could you make a Rothbard or Hayek one?
Then he has to defend not only his first sentence, but clear up his begged question in the second sentence that equality is desirable.
Tell him that the interests of the so-called ‘capitalists’ and wage-earners are one and the same. Entrepreneurs see potential opportunities and freely engage in risky investments by purchasing producer goods and arranging them in a specific order so that they can produce goods desired by ‘society.’ This also means that they must employ workers who use the capital in the production process. The more sophisticated and plentiful the capital, the higher the productivity of the workers, and therefore the higher the labor demand and wages will be. This is why American’s get paid much more than their Chinese and Indian counter-parts (we have more entrepreneurs, and therefore, more/better capital). The workers, if they save, can choose to engage in risk and become entrepreneurs, allowing them to own capital and collect interest as an income instead of wages. Before ‘capitalism’ only those who already owned capital and land, either by virtue of their title, or government decree, were able to earn an income. The government, though, in order to obtain power, pins members of society against each other; essentially, they seek to divide and conquer us. Thus, there is no social tension between the ‘forces of production’ and the ‘relations of production’, just the government versus the people.
There is nothing ‘equal’ for ‘fair’ about taking one’s income and giving it to another.
Implications of the LTV. Easily refuted by refuting the LTV.
So does being an idiot.
Right because all criminals commit crime out of necessity.
Jigglypuff casts rhetorical hammer! Socialist suffers 1,000,000 mindless damage!
Lol, these are really great.
Quite honestly, this is what I imagined when I proposed the card game based on political figures, but I never got around to it due to other important things, but also thinking it was too derivative off of the Pokemon Card Game.
If I have time this week, I might visit that URL and try to come up with some myself.
I’m with ya. Hence my deplorable card up there. [:$]
