Anybody know any living UK economists of an Austrian persuasion?

I wonder if we have any operating in England who have their views available. It would be more usful to me to see austrian views applied to an economy I am close to. Thanks.

Gerry Steele is one. There’s some Austrians at the University of Buckingham too, but I think philosophers mostly.

Thanks, Jon.

Anymore, anyone?

I don’t know of any economists apart from Gerry Steele though Mark Pennington is a Hayekian Political scientist at St Mary’s in London.

It’s incredible that the UK can boast of one Austrian economist at most. I’m sure there are others we’ve not heard of, and surely plenty in the making, but it’s still rather dire…

Yes, it’s a shame. This country is in such a state anyway though that I didn’t expect more.

Are there more Austrians in continental Europe?

You’d hope there’d be some in Austria…

But somehow i doubt it.
