I say this as a “Semite”, who had to re-learn my definitions of Aryan and Semite and is a little irked by it.
Nobody outside of intellectual masturbators (and rightfully so) should put too much stock into what these words “really mean” , in so much as the description of reality is presented clearly. If in 90% of situations in America Semite means Jew, and Aryan mean Nazzi racialist, so be it. There is no reason to tilt at windmills. Just utilize the best words in the situation presented to get your point across as clearly as possible.

I’m not so sure they are racist. It’s more a cultural / unspecified hatred than racism.
The term racism is used in too broad a meaning.

This is no game… clearly if you define anti-semistic as what you described in the OP, then those anti semetic arabs would not be considered anti-semetic, but if you ask an anti-semetic arab “what does anti-semeticism mean to you” they would give you a totally different definition. As others have said, it means ‘anti-Jew’. But your statement begs the question of if Arabs are even anti-Jew. And not just anti-zionist. Do Arabs have a history anti-Jewish feeling before the 20th century? I can’t find anything. Then there is the problem of there not being an Arab people at all (today or otherwise: it just means that the person speaks Arabic as a native language). And probably not a Jewish one either. These are just made up terms or histories for the benefit of national alliances that came into being very recently in history. As Shlomo Sand has pointed out.
Obviously, Jews can hate other Jews and be anti-semitic, as pro-Israeli propagandists are wont to remind us ad nauseam. Usually in error. And the same question must be asked of them. On the other hand, the Jewish Naviim (prophets) of history have typically been critics of Jews. Their whole schtick has always been criticism. Until the founding of Israel that is.
