As the father of 3 children (2 in their teens), I wanted to say how thankful I am that AE’s stand firm in their core beliefs and continue to push the envelope on libertarian thought.
As the uncertainty (to non-AE’s at least) of current events unravels before us, I am glad and have hope and optimism for the world of tomorrow which my own children will grow up in due to the legacy of liberty that lives on and gives fuel to us all even now.
Though, as history shows, I’m sure it will not be an easy path, the fact that all of you participate in these forums for vigorous debate and, I presume, have these debates in the “public square” with non-AE’s, these are good things in and of themselves that are surely worth fighting for.
