Ignoring modern technology and using only organic food would mean we would all starve to death. Stating that non-organic food is poisonous is bullshit.
Fertilizer can’t be directly swallowed. I was saying read the labels of fertilizer. It usually washes off as far as I know.
As for additives in food, I’m not for all the stuff in some foods now a days. I eat sometimes, but I also bake bread homemade and it doesn’t have all the ingredients that store bought bread has. It’s a preference. I’m not arguing issues of law. You got it now?
i know the meanings of words in general usage can change, and can also take particular meanings under certain specialist topics, but I always laugh at ‘organic’ food, what food is not ‘organic’? i eat plants and animals. they are organisms. oh well. consider this an aside.

You should be more concerned about the industry trying to control the food supply through patented crops and IP laws.
