I realize it’s been shown to be a forgery, but the fact is SOMEBODY wrote this document, and some of the stuff in it is pretty curious.
For example, it mentions plans to use control over the money supply to institute a global economic crisis, at least thirty years before the Great Depression, and before The Theory of Money and Credit.
I’m interested in hearing opinions of people who have actually read through the whole document. Regardless of your opinion of conspiracy theories, this is a document that is at least worth a read for curiosity’s sake, and not terribly long (took me about two hours).
I read it, but I think that the said crisis was supposed to be brought about through monopolizing the money supply -that is through hyperdeflation I think.

Is it possible that a group of jewish rabbis wrote it -maybe (I would even say probably) but is there a world wide jewish conspiracy? Probably not: rothbard and mises thoroughly debunk that.
The people responsible for implementing and enforcing current financial systems in the US and elsewhere certainly aren’t Jewish, unless there’s something I don’t know about Obama, Nixon, the Roosevelts, Bernanke, Geithner et al.
There’s something you don’t know about Bernanke. Anyway, some of you guys here really scare me in the things you claim. It’s all right to be cynical about what much of what you’re told, as I tend to be, but that doesn’t mean accept every conspiracy you hear just by the virtue of it being dismissed by the mainstream. I stand corrected on that point, then. Personally, I think it’s more likely Geithner will be the fall guy, though Bernanke may go down like the series of Bush cabinet members that did after Geithner falls. Probably to be replaced by one of the Governor’s who will promise to “fix things” and “ensure proper regulatory oversight”.
Form a purely “ I want to rule earth” point of view the plans set in the protocols are not very sensible. Yet there enough knowledge there for me to believe that whoever wrote them was serious.
As for allegation of being a Jewish conspiracy, although there certainly are incredible coincidences with the Torah (goyim being animals, chosen race and all that), I disbelieve that simply because there are no “Jews”. There are Turks we call Ashkenazi (and most turks tend not to be extremely intelligent) and Sephardim most of whom do not even know they’re Hebrew. So no, I don’t buy the organized Jewish thing.

i dont know if the talmud is a legitimate document or not. i have seen webpages saying a talmud calls for harsh treatment of non-jews.

There’s nothing to stop one writing to be inspired or copied from another writing and so forth, and for that new writing to later be used by the Czars.
